An invigorating flow class designed to improve strength, foster flexibility and promote detoxification. Students will experience dynamic sequencing to build heat in the body, and posture holding to focus inward. Be prepared to sweat! This class moves at a quick pace, therefore some yoga experience is helpful. Set in a heated room.

A seamless flow class to unite breath and movement, students will move through creative sequences and mindful transitions to strengthen, align, and open body and mind. Suitable for all levels, this class offers opportunities to explore more advanced postures, and options to modify based on your level. Set in a warm room.

A moving meditation to channel focus on breath and mindfulness. This slower paced class will challenge your defaults while engaging your muscles. Through thoughtfully designed flows and seasonal movement inspirations, this class will bring your body back into balance. All levels welcome. Set in a non-heated room.

A dynamic workout that focuses on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness using only your bodyweight as resistance. The class combines calisthenics, primal movement patterns, and interval training to deliver a comprehensive, full-body workout. Workouts can be scaled to include all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat and athletic shoes. Set in a non-heated room.
